Hello and thank you for learning how I have the capacity to offer you a unique and visionary presentation to your historic or historical home or land. My vast experience has garnered me over 37 years of residential sales and marketing expertise with over 150 communities and thousands of homes sold under my marketing supervision. I am an innovator and creator of brands and ideas to assist in the successful sales, marketing or purchasing residential real estate.
My love for historic properties come from a childhood of interest culminating into a parcel of land bought for improvement in Douglas County, Colorado. With my expertise there, I obtained the listing on the largest sale in Sedalia in 2014, which was one of my highlights and joys. This particular historic ranch was the location of the first post office in Douglas County and Pony Express.
The Colorado experience, whether it be Denver and its surrounding areas, promises such a beautiful life in these special properties. Over the years, I have gravitated in representing properties from the historical bungalows to the prominent properties admired from our tree lined streetscapes and parkways.
